Introduction

Welcome to tkbk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and tkbk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all services provided through the tkbk.bio website, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, fishing games, and all related promotional and bonus programmes.

By accessing the tkbk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. You are opening only one account in your own name. Multiple accounts per person, per household, or per device are not permitted. If tkbk detects that a player has registered multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and all balances may be forfeited without notice.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. tkbk accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your account, access your account credentials, or place bets through your account.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the real-money features of the tkbk platform, you must register an account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and provide accurate personal information. tkbk reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or mobile money account statement.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a Bangladeshi mobile number that is registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension. If your personal details change, you must update your account information promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkbk login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tkbk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tkbk support immediately.

tkbk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or at any time at its sole discretion. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of your mobile money account ownership (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account statement), and any additional documents tkbk reasonably requests to verify your identity and protect against fraud and money laundering. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tkbk supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All monetary amounts on the tkbk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The minimum deposit amount at tkbk is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction. tkbk does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Deposit funds are credited to your tkbk wallet in real time or near-real time depending on your payment provider's processing speed.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. tkbk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending additional verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. tkbk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. There is no fee charged by tkbk on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. tkbk may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts as notified in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in and either use their balance or withdraw it to their registered payment method. tkbk will notify the account holder via SMS before any dormancy fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tkbk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all tkbk promotions unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion-specific terms.

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before withdrawing associated winnings.
2. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, or per device unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Systematic bonus claiming by a player using multiple accounts, shared devices, or coordinated activity with other players constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
3. tkbk reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus offer at any time. tkbk also reserves the right to void bonus winnings and withdraw bonus credits from accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player has exploited a promotion in bad faith, used software or algorithms to gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise violated these Terms.
4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the standard wagering requirement unless the promotion states otherwise.
5. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, or T20 World Cup tournaments are offered at tkbk's sole discretion and may be withdrawn without notice if a tournament or event is cancelled, rescheduled, or curtailed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbk platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
2. Registering or operating more than one account on the tkbk platform, whether under the same identity or under a false or third-party identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits or suspensions, or any other purpose.
3. Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the tkbk platform. tkbk is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
4. Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the tkbk platform, its games, its payment systems, or its security infrastructure. Any such attempt constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
5. Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share hand information in live casino games, place coordinated bets to circumvent risk controls, or otherwise act in bad faith against the integrity of the platform's games.

tkbk's determination that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct is final and binding. tkbk is not required to disclose to the user the specific evidence on which a decision to suspend or close an account is based, where such disclosure could compromise the integrity of tkbk's fraud detection processes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkbk platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, user interface designs, brand assets (logos, colour schemes, typefaces), written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tkbk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkbk platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the tkbk platform for any commercial purpose without tkbk's prior written consent. You may not use tkbk's brand name, logo, or any variation thereof in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or association with tkbk without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of tkbk's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tkbk platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any interruption to service — even if tkbk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tkbk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While tkbk takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and security, temporary downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions may occur and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by tkbk. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tkbk's decision on how to resolve the matter is final.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

tkbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, or providing false information during registration.
2. tkbk has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, in which case the account may be referred to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.
3. The account holder has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. In this case the account will be suspended for the period requested (minimum 30 days, maximum permanent) and cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
4. tkbk decides, at its sole discretion, to discontinue offering its services in a particular market or to a particular category of user, in which case affected account holders will be given reasonable notice and provided with an opportunity to withdraw their balance before account closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the tkbk platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may withdraw any remaining balance from your account before closing it.
